I have some of the worst nasal congestion. it's so bad that I wake up multiple times a night to use nose spray and I'm constantly taking nasal decongestant pills with little to no relief. I was skeptical of this when I saw it online while searching for flu meds but, I thought might as well because I've tried everything else under the sun! it did everything it said it would, i was shocked. it opened up my nose immediately and it's still open with zero congestion hours later...I have never had that with any other meds. the cooling sensation only lasts for a few seconds but it's a nice blast of cooling menthol while not painful or overpowering. i don't typically write reviews but I just had to for this. if you're unsure, please give it a try. i think you'll be very glad you did! finally lasting relief!
