This top helps me stay warm on cold, rainy days in the Pacific Northwest. I layer these tops with a sweater and raincoat when we go out for walks along the beach with temps in the 40's. I am 5'1" and 112 lbs with a larger bust and the medium fits well, especially with a light cotton knit shirt underneath. I normally wear a Small in tops, but reading reviews opted for the Medium and am happy with the fit. The length is okay for me, but taller people might find it to be too short. Love, love, love the thumb holes in the sleeves!

I'm 5'3 170lbs and 38D or 40D varies. Usually I get a large and was debating getting a medium due to the reviews. Glad I went with a Large for the chest area. The stomach area was a little lose but not bad. It also isn't long so if you're tall it might be short on the torso area bc length wise it was perfect for me. I'm going to buy more colors now.
