Broken Santa

Ordered in September. Didn't open until yesterday. The Santa is damaged and because it is more than 30 days of delivery, the company will not exchange it for another one. If you do order from them please open immediately to check for damage. A very dissatisfied customer!!!! P.S. Why would I open and put it up before Thanksgiving?
