They work well, but don't last very long

I have used a few of these over the years in an industrial setting. Some lasted ok, some failed after a year of use. I think these are only suited for RV use in a clean setting.

We are happy to provide guidance with this air conditioner. This model is designed for use only in an RV/camper setting. This unit includes corrosion-resistant coatings, heavy-duty motor support brackets, reinforced screw holes and extensive vibration control testing for proper cooling and minimal sound.

Absolute Trash

This is the 3rd A/C replaced in my RV in less than 3 years. Yes they have replaced them under warranty but I just picked up my RV and the replacement unit compressor has locked up. It has less than 24 hours of run time on it and out once again. I would no buy a GE RV A/C unit again. Absolute Trash.

We are extremely sorry to hear of your experience with this RV air conditioner. However, we are happy that our team was able to get the original units replaced under warranty. We encourage you to reset your unit by disconnecting power from the air conditioner for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function, this will require you to take advantage of your limited warranty.
