I bought it for my mother. she's already 90 and getting on and she's got constipation. I put a couple teaspoons in a glass of milk or some juice and mix it up and she drinks it down. it seems to be working just fine. it just softens the stool and it doesn't give her the runs down the Hershey highway! ah-ha!
