CAP Barbell Cast Iron Kettlebell, Black, 35LBS

Pound for pound, this is the best deal on kettlebells. I have bought the lighter weights as 3-pc sets, saving even more money per pound. I wish this heavier weight was a part of a set, but no. These kettlebells are heavy duty, shiny black. They have compact thick handles, but not so thick that my kids can't grab them. Not many kids use a 40 lb kettlebell, though! I have seen the 'designer' kettlebells with rubber coating and long skinny handles, but I find them too long and dificult for many exercises. I am trying to figure out a way to make these easier to identify when I have 6-7 lined up, might just use simple masking tape. I am surprised how often I grab a kettlebell instead of my dumb-bells, which I thought were the end-all. There are a variety of great exercises that are simply easier to handle heavier weights with a kettle instead of a dumbbell.

You can't beat CAP Kettlebells for quality and the price. There are better ergonomic KB made but they cost two to three times as much. So for beginners not yet dedicated to working out with KB these are a great tool to start with.
