Nothing to dislike. It saves wear and tear on the wrist and fingers from using a manual prunner. I will use the extender pole when the leaves fall so I can see the branches. This tool can go all day. I did recommend it to my neighbor. Got all my flowers prunned in a day and filled up the garbage can. I will go the WM web site first when I look for other products. Delivery was on time, great job of packing.

i would give it more stars if i could. it's well made, has great cutting power, cuts quickly and battery life is holding up much better than i expected. the blades are thicker than most which is a plus. It took a couple of minutes to figure out how to turn it on due to safety features (a plus) but a non issue after that. This is so much better than my old cordless pruner.
