Splat Midnight Ruby Hair Dye, Semi-Permanent Red Hair Color "MANGO SIX B&M"

i love this brand and especially this color. i have long locs and this works better than traditional dyes for bright colors. that said, there are a few things you should know if you're going to use this. 1. IT STAINS everything in contact with it- including your skin or sink. to avoid staining your skin, prior to application- cover all exposed skin or surfaces you don't want stained with petroleum jelly. be generous with it. it'll make cleanup a breeze. also wear real rubber gloves, the ones included in the box suck and tear easily. 2. be aware, everytime you wash your hair its going to look like a murder scene. don't use your pretty white towels unless you want pretty pinkish red towels instead. its mean to wash out after 30 washes. 3. after you've dyed your hair and you have some dye staining to your skin- make a slurry mixture of baking soda and dish soap. rub it on the area and it'll rinse right off. all these tips aside, this is by far the best and longest lasting red hair dye I've gotten yet plus you don't have to use bleach or developer. i got my hair professionally dyed a few months ago and washed my hair once a month since yet it all faded out. Splat lasts more than 3xs as long depending on how often you wash your hair. i hope this helps.
