Was skeptical to use a gel on my normal, very sensitive skin, but was pleasantly surprised. I use it as a AM cleanser and as a PM 2nd cleanse. Non-drying and gentle. Wish it could be fragrance-free, but not a deal breaker. Very pleasant, slightly thick texture, with decent slip, feels great on the skin, non-drying but leaves no residue or heavy feel.

This is the best cleanser that I've used for my mature (I'm 47), oily, and acne suffering skin. I have often left this for cheaper cleansers and even tried natural DIY face washes and have come back to this time and time again. It has become my holy grail. Please do not change it.
