The Base Gel Polymer was easy to use and absolutely did the trick for filling the basketball hoop base with a heavy substance. I recommend this product, much more effective and easier than a sand filler, and heavier than water. My only recommendation is for the user to have the base set where you plan to keep it, before adding water. It becomes very heavy to move!
