Warranty information
Eclipse Enterprises, Inc. warrants the purchaser (end-user) that the products will be of merchantable quality and free of defects for a period of five years from the time of purchase (two years for power tools, one year for Unilite, one year for hydraulics). Satisfaction of this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the goods at Eclipse Enterprises, Inc.'s discretion. If for whatever reason Eclipse Enterprises, Inc. does not wish to repair or replace, we will issue a credit for the goods. An original receipt of sale must be produced if the age of the product is in question. All Blades, Bulbs, Batteries, Bits, Tips and other spare or replacement parts are exempt from warranty as they are consumable items that wear out and need to be replaced from time to time.
