Initially the trampoline arrived on time but unfortunately was the wrong size. I contacted the company and they responded immediately. After a couple of emails it was worked out and they made it more than right. Great customer service and very pleasant to deal with. As for the trampoline- it is exactly how described and what the picture shows. Good quality and pretty easy to put together. The only tedious task was lacing the bottom of the safety net to the trampoline, but it wasn't that bad, just took some time. I would recommend.
