Thank you for the phone it's really helpful and I'm sure happy with the savings I made for my purchase although I did have some issues switching my service from my old andriod to this iPhone I didn't actually the whole AT%26T store here in Fairbanks AK had no idea how to get my service turned on this phone so I lost phone service for 2 1/2 days worst timing ever cause I had just broken down with my truck and they go and turn my phone off without a clue how to turn it back on for 2. 1/2 days I suffered on the side of the highway freezing starving and no way to call for help of course at%26t k ew my disturbance offered no comforting help to get me and my dogs to safe place instead left me alone no service half frozen and unable to cell for help I'm just trying to get it all right as to why did they not offer a temp cell phone to use until they can fix there mistakes. And I still don't have my full service back on my phone What I'm getting at is I hope Verizon is accepting on this new iPhone for my new service once I can get back out there I'm traumatized from the cold weather now days
