We got the Sylvania LED flood light bulb and are using it in an outdoor area with no close street lights. It illuminates an area approximately 40 ft wide And 40 ft in distance well enough that you can see where you are walking at night and anything on the ground. It is fairly bright and gives off a slightly warm glow, but is not so bright that it is blinding. We have been using it for 3 weeks now, We have no complaints And actually enjoy the fact that It illuminates well but does not make it difficult to see when walking toward it because of being too bright. We appreciate the fact that an LED bulb will last much longer than a standard bulb. It was easy to install and looks nice.

The color is white and I really like that it doesn't have a yellow tint. They are very energy efficient and durable. These have brightened up the outside of my home a lot which makes me feel safe. I would highly these flood lights.
