THE PERFECT CHEESE PAIRING: Artisan cheese deserves artisan crackers. Since our debut in 2006 at the Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, our crackers have been sought after by artisan cheese enthusiasts everywhere as the perfect addition to cheese and charcuterie boards.
ORGANIC INGREDIENTS: Our flatbread crackers are made in our bakery in Sonoma County, north of San Francisco. We bake everything by hand using the best organic ingredients. To this day we use the same Sourdough starter our founder created in 2005.
SIMPLE & DELICIOUS: Carol & Josh found their passion for baking in a simple sourdough cracker that Carol would whip up for friends. Today, their products are made with the same attention to detail & quality since their beginning. - HANDMADE SOURDOUGH FLATBREAD CRACKERS: As far as we know, we make the only handmade sourdough flatbread anywhere. Our founders found their passion for baking in a simple sourdough cracker that they would whip up for friends. To this day, their products are made with the same attention to detail & quality since the very beginning.
Our first flatbread crackers were produced in a commercial bakery space behind a wine bar which was quickly taken over and turned into a café where we continue to serve coffee, baked goods and salads accompanied with flatbread crackers.
