Showed up 5 days later than promised and completely wrong, Walmart wouldn't cancel or refund and now I gotta deal with returning an item that has to be shipped to the West Coast from the East Coast until I can get a refund. Total headache. Every time I called customer service I got told a different story. First guy said I would get an immediate refund and the order would be cancelled, to you gotta wait for your delayed order will arrive at some point to get a refund, then ai was told to bring it to a local Walmart store for an immediate refund, then told by the store I had to wait TWO weeks for my refund and that is after it takes a week to get to the West Coast first. What a joke. Terrible customer service, totally clueless. Buy from your local bike shop. Its not worth saving a few bucks via Lowrider / Walmart.
