I'd say Centrum Adults is a solid choice.
I've been trying out the Centrum Adults multivitamin pills, and honestly, what I like the most about them is how practical they are. Since it's just one pill a day, I don't have to be carrying around a bunch of different vitamins or remembering multiple doses, which makes it really convenient. For me, the portability is a big plus. The bottle itself can be a little bulky if you get the large one, but I usually take a few pills out and put them in a small pillbox whenever I'm on the go. That way, I always have them with me without taking up much space. The only downside is that the pill is kind of big, so sometimes it's not the easiest to swallow, especially if I'm out and don't have much water. But aside from that, it's pretty travel-friendly and reliable.

I have tried it and it is effective, its flavor is not unpleasant, But perhaps my stomach is a little sensitive to it, since sometimes when I take it, my stomach hurts. Other than that, it is very good, its packaging is practical, its ingredients are good and its price is affordable (depending on where you get it).
