Does not present as pictured

the advert showed solar powered but it doesn't have it as pictured. the fountain part is a round disc that should float, but it won't sit level on the water. The bowl is plastic and cheaply made. the chain hanger is cheap and doesn't hold the bowl level. I would not recommend this.
