I was on prescribed Sleep medication by one of my physican. I was taking a large dose per my doctors orders, and I ended up in the hospital for three days because I was incoherent for 24 hours. Once, someone did a blood test for drugs, it showed I had too much of this drug in my system. The Dr. who was treating me in the hospital sees the result he question me why the level was so high he did not believe my doctor would prescribe such a large dose he asked my boyfriend to bring in the bottle to see the actual label and he called my pharmacy to verify the prescription. He could not believe it. No wonder you are a zombie! He said try Natrol if you have trouble sleeping. It works wonderful. I fall asleep and stay asleep until my alarm wakes me up at 7:00 am. I am not drowsy. I wake fresh and ready to start my day.

Sleep well!

I bought these Natrol Sleep and Restore capsules because I wanted something to help us get to sleep without causing us to feel sleepy and drug out the next day. Since these capsules give you the option of taking 1 or 2 of them, we were able to to see which one was right for us. So far the 1 capsule at bedtime is working.
