I am impressed by Zulay Kitchen's customer support. They answer usage questions and purchase questions in a timely manner. I also would like to say this is the fourth Zulay kitchen product I have purchased. I make my own bread and English muffins and was trying to find a butter crock that would keep butter spreadable so it would not tear the bread. This porcelain product is made well and does what it says. I have discovered that putting a few ounces of water and combining that with ice works well.
