Absolutely love this rug. It is so pretty in our foyer and we've gotten compliments on it every time someone walks through the door. It is dark enough to not show dirt/footprints as it is the first thing you step on when you enter. It is definitely the washable nap but it is pretty large (6x9) so I'm not sure it will fit well into a normal residential washing machine. Love it!
