we are missing 2 backs for the sofa. i contacted customer support and they swear 13 boxes were delivered but we only received 12 boxes. this is supposed to be a 9 seat sectional and we did not get what we paid for. i am furious at the lack of attention, the lack of support, and basically the theft from this company who refuses to admit they are wrong or the delivery was wrong. the photo does not show 13 boxes and we did not receive all 13 boxes so my new couchnis incomplete. i would not reccommend this product or this seller.
