I love Biofreeze roll on before I had my both knees and shoulders replaced. I was constantly buying it from Walmart and now my daughter needs a knee replacement and she was using BenGay and I told her to stop doing that get Biofreeze so I ordered it for her and had it sent to her house. Did you know that nursing homes? That's what they use for their residence they swear by it too no mess on your hands or anything in the smell is very pleasant. I recommend it really do.
