This dress is so cute! I get compliments every time I wear it. The material is light and the skirt has a liner, which is nice if you are concerned about the lighter fabric being see-through. My only complaint is that the sleeves have an elastic band at the end to give it that ruffle effect. It is a little tight on my arms. My skin is easily irritated and it can be annoying sometimes.
