Even tho the item was packaged properly, I get it half together to find I am missing 18 bolts that are necessary to finish putting it together. I reached out and was told they could not send me the parts and my only options were an $18 refund ( laughable), or to disassemble %26 repackage the METAL bed frame (and reassemble my old bed since I also had to tear it down to put that one in its place)… Why would I do this when I want the item and just want the parts to finish putting it together. Esp considering there is no guarantee the new package would contain all the correct parts either. Walmart lets a subpar seller with poor customer service and packing skills sell items on their platform and then leaves the customer hanging expecting them to be happy the return is “free” (despite a complete hassle) or happy to take a measly $18 which likely wouldn't even cover the cost of the bolts I may or may not be able to find on my own. Also there were other parts that did not go together well either before I hit the missing parts snag. Ridiculous. Shoulda bought it from Amazon where the customer service is actually high quality.
