sheds and now unravels
Although, it was a great price, I'm very dissatisfied with my rug. When I unpacked it and rolled it out, I noticed that the red dye transferred onto parts of the blue background. Reconstructing the packaging to return such a huge item seemed like a pain to me so I decided to keep it. Also, I know that some shedding is to be expected with a new wool rug but, this has been ridiculous! No one can sit on the rug without being completely covered fibers and it constantly fills adn clogs my vaccuum bag. I've now had it for 16 months and there's no let up. To make matters worse, loops of the rug are starting to come out in rows creating bald spots. Guess I got what I paid for. I should have returned it.
