it gives errors after 7 months of using

This pair worked wonderfully until recently it keeps giving me error. Try memory diagnostic tool on window 10 and it states "hardware problem detected". Product still has warranty but I'm not sure how to contact the distributor. They say to send the products back to where I bought it which is from jet. So do I send it back to yet?
