Robertshaw is a line of products I have used regularly.They are high quality and perfectly suited as a reliable replacement for furnace ignitors.This product was easy to install;I had one in and working that day.Ample wire leads were helpful to eliminating short wire jumper when installing.Perfect replacement part at a very reasonable price.

Great product bad customer service from third part

The product itself was perfect and works amazing. However I had to order this item twice due to the fact that the third party Walmart used for this part kept forgetting my apartment number and it got sent back to shipper. Walmart's customer service was awesome however the company the product came from was less than subpar. They refused to help me with a refund or covering shipping for the second time around or anything. When I contacted them after searching google for their information to make sure they put my apt number on it they said they they would. Turns out they did not I had to call the post office and ask if they could hold it for me until I get there instead of shipping it back as it was needed to heat my home. Walmart amazing the company not so much.
