I ordered two of these bikes for my daughter's one of them came with A damaged derailleur, and cable I reached out to the company and without hesitation.They sent me an entire replacement bike i was able to take the damage by down to my local bike shop and get it repaired for a small fee.And now I have a third bike to give to my niece. and the girls absolutely love the bikes they perform well and i would it recommend these bikes and company to anyone
