Not Intense Enough

I did both of the video tapes in one setting and I only burned 138 calories. The ab workout tape seemed to be more intense of a workout, but I still barely broke a sweat. Overall, if you're just looking for something to tone and work from time to time, I suppose it good to keep them in check.
