Really worked for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took about 10-15mins after taking this to see any effects...It lessened my congestion and cough, also eased my headache and sinuses. I took this for a couple days and the taste isn't bad either.. Definitely shortened the length that I felt bad.

Pleasant Taste
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this product several times when I've had the beginnings of a cold - scratchy throat and stuffy nose. First off, I was pleasantly surprised at the taste. Very nice - not too sweet and not medicinal. No nasty after taste. Be sure to follow the instructions and use the dose cup that is included. Taken at bedtime, I woke up feeling great with no cold symptoms. I continued to take it the next day to ensure the full benefit. It does not make me feel drowsy, like some cold medications. Back to work and life! The ingredient list is short and contains natural products. I will always want this in my medicine cabinet.
