wanted you to grace this seller by not making this review in exchange for my items. HOWEVER, it has been 13 days, almost 14 days which in other words, almost 2 WEEKS for only 5 items. I ordered on NOVEMBER 29th. It was estimated to arrive the following Monday, December 4th. Soon as I placed the order it was a message saying “Sorry, arriving late December 7th.” My birthday appointment was this past weekend as well, I had to cancel it because of the “late arrival” I was told more times that I can even recall with multiple dates when my hair would arrive. When December 7th came, a different date popped up. When that date came, ANOTHER DATE POPPED UP. I even had a walmart agent send a message to the vendor for response in 48 hours. I never heard back anything to this day. It still says delayed, no one is giving answers, even walmart assistance proceeded to say wait another day until 8 pm everytime I talk to them. Ladies, please just buy your hair in store. I never bought hair online, this was my first time %26 LAST. I am beyond disappointed in service %26 would NOT recommend buying from this vendor. Shame on y'all. Could at least have responded to me
