Best magnesium supplement I have ever used. I have tried Magnesium Oxide in stores but it never seemed to help. I also tried Swanson brand Magnesium Citrate Powder and it worked really well but I did not want to taste it. This was the best solution.\n\nI actually feel relaxed after I take these in the evening.
