Full Spectrum Ashwagandha

This Swanson product has a "very good 450 mg. dose" with "each" vegan capsule. I also bought this in late Aug. 2025 when it was on sale as it is always good to have on hand since relaxing & relieving stress is often needed & also you never know when joints are going to need help. Ashwagandha is natural & I like the fact that the Swanson Company always strives to find the best & most natural ingredients they can have for their products. Ashwagandha is also known to be a helpful sleep aid.
