PowerSmart 26" Gas Snow Blower, 120V, Self-Propelled Snow Thrower with Electric Start, Variable Speed

Shipping took longer than I would like. Ordered it on a Monday night. They instantly created a shipping label so I couldn't make any changes. They eventually shipped it on Friday and it showed up Saturday morning. So if you buy one, make sure you're aware of that. It threw me into a roller coaster, as I found out the main seller account is based off in China. Made me think that the snow blower was going to ship from China; that also gave me the fear of having to pay tariff. So I contacted them to cancel my order but later found out that the shipping label was created in Illinois. So I told them I'd keep it. But as time a couple days went by with no update on shipping, I contacted them to just cancel it again. They said they'd intercept the snowblower once it's in transit, but before I knew it.. it showed up. So I just decided to keep it. Assembly was easy. Took me maybe 30 minutes to put everything together. Took a couple pulls to get the first start going. Electric start works awesome too. Unfortunately the choke level came broken. It still works as is but would like to replace that. Ideally, I'd give it a 3.5 but it is what it is. Could've been impatient but the product itself is how they described it. Have yet to try it out since we haven't had a snow fall since last week.

The snowblower itself works great. I have a massive drive way and have been shoveling only half of it just so I can get my car out. It's been snowing steadily several inches every few days here. So half of my drive way has just been building up with snow and ice and I wanted to see if it would cut through. It worked like a charm. Did the whole driveway in about an hour when usually with shoveling it takes 5-6 hrs to get the whole thing done on a good day without any snow/ice build up. The reason why I gave it less than five stars is because the seller was awful. I was supposed to receive my snowblower on the 8th and it did now come (still only said label was created and I ordered it on the 2nd of December) so I contacted the seller and they basically told me I needed to be patient because they had an influx of sales due to the current sale that was going on for the product and did not give me anytine frame as to when they would be shipping the product that I desperately needed to clear my driveway. They gave my FedEx's number to contact them to which FedEx told me to contact the seller. I recontacted the seller, they did not respond, so I contacted Walmart customer service and they told me I had to wait 48hrs before contacting them again before they could do anything about my situation. Fast forward to two days later the product finally ships and is expected to be delivered on Friday December 12, 2025. It did not come and they said they would update me on when the expected delivery date would be or I could go to a FedEx location and pick it up( which made no sense as it was two hours away in the last update). The next day the product was supposed to be out for delivery between the hours of 10:30 am to 2:30 pm. it did not come until significantly after that time frame and I was forced to put together a snowblower in the dark on an extremely cold and windy night. It snowed over night and was able to test the product for the first time today which I was mostly satisfied with. The second reason I gave it four instead of five stars is the handle that is supposed to change directions of the snow release has a little red plastic cover that helps crank the piece into the right direction. After about 15 minutes of snowblowing, it just popped right off and would not go back on. the product still worked without it but it's a feature that should be working considering this is supposed to be a high quality snow blower. Its also very easy to turn on with an extension cord or with the pull start.
