I won't lie, I was skeptical but had nothing to lose. First day wearing these shoes, I had NO knee pain! Considering the previous day was unbearable with pain I knew these were going to work. Day 2 felt like I was walking on clouds. I've been hearing that replacing the insoles are pricey but will skip across that bridge when it happens. I'm so thrilled by them, I'm buying another pair!
