Pleasantly surprised with this set for the price. Assembly would have been very difficult with the tools provided, but we used our own tools and it was fine. Some hardware was missing, but plenty of washers on hand. The shipment showed up several boxes over several days so we started assembling as they arrived. The last piece was the ottoman which actually showed up 3 days earlier than the whole set was supposed to be delivered. The final result was worth it. We were trying to go cheap, and I feel like it looks like we paid more than we did and we have been enjoying sitting in it every night enjoying the porch and the view of our pool.
