My first impression of the seasoning packet was that the list of ingredients is absolutely wholesome. Each ingredient is quality and I actually know what each spice is. The seasoning is very versatile. The recipe that's included for salmon is easy to follow and delicious. The seasoning is great when sprinkled on top of many dishes. Add it to your eggs, avocado and my favorite, add to vegetables. You can mix eggs with rice or noodles then add the seasoning to really add flavor to a side dish. I love ginger so it's fun to add some to my foods.

These preseasoned sheets make cooking so easy. I use them in the air fryer, but can also be used in the oven. I like that they are organic. Once I'm done putting my veggies and chicken on the preseason sheet I cook them as regular and I toss a sheet makes everything super easy as a one pan meal. cleanup is so easy. I would definitely recommend.
