The heated eye lash curler arrived on time and was packaged well. It's a nice appliance and is well made. It heats up quickly, and is not too hot as to burn me or my lashes. I had trouble figuring out a good position to apply it to my lashes. I will keep trying and hopefully will figure out a better way to use it!
