Totally worth your money! I bought this for my boy's scars from when he was little and is now older and the tissue is already healing after only a couple of uses. You need to keep applying so you can see a really big difference. I have a few acne scars on my face and see the same results as well. It is not a strong smell and might produce a little slight tingle on the skin but is worth every penny to heal old scars.
