Shrinks down after a wash

I really want to like this item since I'm a huge fan of the Carrots brand, let me start by saying the design/graphic is amazing. The packaging and tag also come with the carrot brand and sticker. That's where all the good ends though, they are printed on cheap sweatshirts that feel thin and run small. Brand new it was small in length, and after a wash it shrunk a full size down. I ordered an XL just to be safe but it shrunk down to almost a medium in length. My height is 6'0 and my weight is 230 for reference don't recommend for taller people

Bought based on my measurements, even bought the size above what my chest measures, and it was ridiculously small and tight. Sizing is way off. Disappointed since it seems like a great sweatshirt otherwise.
