I expected more pepper flavor but it is more sweet. I bought to use on a 8oz brick of cream cheese and served with crackers. Everyone liked it but comments were it is more sweet and not peppery. It is good enough to eat on toast or english muffin. I am thinking to mince some peppers to add to spice it up.
