This is an excellent Go Less product. Regardless of what the directions say, it's best to start with a minimal dosage and work up from there. The product contains pumpkin seed extract which is quite powerful. Before you increase the dosage, be sure that you're not having a digestive reaction. Other than being large pills. I like that they're a lilbit cheaper than Azo Bladder support.. As to the effect of do they help me from peeing on myself.. I'm not sure. Genetically all the women in my family, (after having children) has to have their bladder tucked.. So far so good.. 🤩
