You can not beat this fan for the price.It is easy set up,lot's of air movement and not too bad for noise.If you are a super light sleeper you might not want it on oscillating as it does make a little more noise then.I am a light sleeper and I keep it on stable at night, and no problems sleeping!

I found this fan was easy to put together. I do see how people could think there is something wrong with the outer guard which is a little weird. It is also quiet and moves a good amount of air. I had it shipped and all parts were good. I may buy another to replace an old fan.
