Grohe Rainshower 265452430 Hand Shower - 3 Sprays, 1.75 gpm in Matte Black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice looking shower head. We really like the removable hose head and the general look of the whole shower head. It was a lot of pieces but when installed properly it is great! Feels solid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed the Grohe Rainshower SmartActive 130 Hand Shower with the Rotaflex Metal Longlife hose, 1/2" Wall Union and Wall Mount Hand Shower Holder in a mud room shower stall where it has proved very handy for a variety of uses including washing dogs, rinsing off muddy shoes/boots and the filling the reservoir of a large hallway humidifier. The gauge of the materials used in the Rainshower 130 components is heavy, particularly the Rotaflex hose which feels much more robust, flexible and durable than some other brand hoses I have used previously. Installation instructions are well diagramed and intuitive. The round ‘Smart Tip' selector on the back of the hand wand is easy to use to select spray patterns between a jet spray, message spray and, depicted in the photo, a soft rain spray. We have been using the Rainshower 130 for a few months now and are very happy with the operation, appearance and the ease of cleaning. Any accumulated limescale from hard water is easily removed with a wipe of a finger.
