    Don't Buy

    The head does not rotate. This is a brush head fixed to a handle. This item has tightly packed, very soft bristles. The bristles are so soft that there is no exfoliation at all and it does not help cleanse. Does not remove makeup or sunscreen. The bristles stain upon first use. The bristles started getting moldy after second use. The "massaging" is so light that you can hardly even detect it. It's more of a soft vibration. This might be good if you wanted to maybe use it on a newborn's face. Waste of money in my opinion.
