This item is very comfy, and high quality. Color was as pictured (light gray). Assembly was not too complicated, though it took me a minute to figure out the diagrams. Able to complete in about 15 min with provided tools. I had not looked at the actual measurements when purchasing so it was a surprise to me how low to the ground it sits. Also, the upright back of the chair was much shorter than I expected from the photo. It extends to my shoulders, not tall enough for neck or head support. One other surprise, according to included instructions, using a wet cloth for spot cleaning is not recommended.
