Disappointing.

This former Sprint (present T-Mo) iPhone failed to recognize a T-Mobile sim to get onto the T-Mobile Ntwk. T-Mo/Sprint tech folks tried to resolve the 'Carrier locked' issue and failed. They asked for help from the Apple tech folks and still can't transfer from Sprint to TMo. Wasted effort for all parties involved. Was able to use Wifi VoIP calls using iCloud login. Prompt refund was issued.
