Very sturdy and functional

I love this pan. I bought this for making flatbreads. Previous pans have either "bulged", difficult to clean, or their Teflon got scratched. None of that happened to me so far. This is a hefty pan with a strong Teflon coating. This is my "go-to" pan for any flatbread making at high temperatures. It hasn't shown any bending and it's very easy to clean. The flatness of the bottom helps my cooking as I'm using an induction stove which relies on the pan touching the stove evenly.

OVER-PRICED, VERY POOR QUALITY PRODUCT

The item was very expensive but I trusted the brand and bought it. 1. The arrived with a bend. I neglected it because the item appeared good. 2. Within two month of usage the both layer has come off. I am utterly disappointed and will NEVER EVER purchase an item from this company.
