Pretty good! For slightly more active desk-work

So far so good! I think it's too early to tell but it definitely helps my posture, forcing me to sit up straight as I lean back against it. It turns my desk into a mix of a standing and sitting desk! It can roll/swivel side to side if I sit on it like a stool, and it is easily adjustable to a range of heights. The material doesn't feel too bad, but the cushion, after only about a month of use, is starting to show a little wear already. I would make sure to use something like a leather protectant on it!
